• More coordination and collaboration with Finlandia University
• Promotion, led by and executed professionally
• Build events around current assets (i.e. arts, trail system, waterfront, beach)
• Commonly tie in ALL events with a Hancock Brand/ Look & Feel
• Better planning
• Increase PR
• Improve the appearance of downtown, including individual businesses and street surface
• Trees/planters/flowerboxes throughout downtown
• Utilize Green Space
